For Hospitality

SAKEbito supplies premium Japanese sake to restaurants, bars, hotels, event caterers, and import partners across Europe with our inventory in the Netherlands and consultation-led direct sourcing from Japan for selected countries.

How to work with us

1. Selected stock in the Netherlands

For clients in the Netherlands and importers / distributors in other European markets, we offer a portfolio available from stock in the Netherlands.

This is the most direct route for restaurants, bars, hotels, event partners, and beverage importers looking to introduce premium Japanese sake through a clear and manageable starting selection.

2. Consultation-Led Sourcing from Japan

If you call for something more specific, we offer a tailored sourcing service with consultation.

Based on your menu, venue style, guest profile, season, etc, we identify suitable sake in our brewery network in Japan and arrange direct air export.

It is designed for clients looking beyond a fixed catalogue and towards a more individual service offering.

This route is available for clients in the Netherlands, importers across the EU, and hospitality clients in other selected countries (France, Germany, Italy)

Consultation Service Guide

We help you identify bottles suited to your cuisine, venue style, service format, and price positioning.

Pairing-focused selections for seasonal menus, sake that fits a wine-led by-the-glass programme, or bottles suited to aperitif, dessert, or cocktail use, with our Japan-based International Sake Sommelier.

A broader place for sake in hospitality

Our vision is not to keep sake limited to Japanese or Asian-themed venues. SAKEbito works with clients who see sake as one of the beverage options, whether for fine dining, wine-led service, cocktail programmes, private hospitality, or premium events, rather than an exclusive pairing with Japanese cuisine.

The range of styles within sake allows it to move naturally between aperitif, pairing, cocktails, and dessert when the right bottles are chosen for the right setting.
